This large New York City Hospital system is seeking an Emergency Medicine doctor, it has a solid staff of physicians and healthcare professionals who provide all services. You will be working with practitioners are highly skilled professionals with outstanding credentials who deliver the highest level of quality healthcare to patients throughout New York City. This acute care teaching hospital is academically affiliated with Weill-Cornell Medical College. Dedicated to providing high quality patient care to a diverse community, a level I Trauma and Stroke Center, it also has Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties including its awarding winning Cancer and Breast Centers.
Responsibilities:
• Providing clinical hours of patient care and consults as well as administrative time
• Providing appropriate training and supervision of Residents, Fellows, and students as may be required
• Assisting in the academic and administrative advancement of Emergency Medicine Research as directed by the EM Director of Research and/or the Chief of Service
• Participating in CME, performance improvement activities, off hour on-site department coverage, and hospital-wide committees, as required
