Support Staff: Other EM physicians and MLP coverage

BC/BE Requirement: BC EM (ABEM/ABOEM) with completed EM residency.

Privileges Required? (turnaround): 45-60 days from receipt of completed hospital app, provided all info is 100% completed. 90 days typically.

DM Process: Name Clear. CV to be forwarded to Regional Director for approval.

Bill Rate: $230-$260/hr
