JOB DETAILS
• Hospital-employed position
• 17 physicians currently on staff
• 31-bed Level 1 Trauma ER that sees 51,000 visits per year
• Must work a minimum of 14 10-hour shifts per month
• Can pick up more shifts for additional income
• MRI, CT and Ultrasound available 24/7
• Complete specialty backup
• Full benefits package including Retirement, CME allowance of $3,200 and relocation assistance up to $7,500
• Additional benefits include tail coverage, flex spending, health savings account, business expenses (licenses, fees, DEA renewals, college savings plans, lab coats)
• Sign-on bonus negotiable

• Excellent location 1.5 hours from Chicago, 1.5 hours from Milwaukee and 1 hour to Madison, WI
