The ER sees 400 visits a month and is staffed by knowledgeable, competent nurses with a lot of ER experience. In 2007, the RBRH - ER received the Excellence Through Insight Award for medium sized hospitals. Base Pay: $110 / hour. After 48 hours per week, the rate goes to $125 / hour.
