Physician will receive the following:

• Employed position with full benefits
• Must complete two thousand and sixteen (2016) hours of physician coverage per year
• Averaging fourteen (14) shifts per month
• Must supply twenty (20) days of availability per month
• No more than three (3) locations per month; shifts must be grouped in increments of three (3) blocks per month.

Requirements:
Boarded EM (ABEM; ABOEM)

• Ideally a clean file (no lawsuits)
• No state license / DEA reprimands
• No disciplinary actions
• Multiple state medical licenses (active licenses or willingness to apply)
