College Station is located 95 miles north of Houston, 169 miles south of Dallas, 166 miles northeast of San Antonio and 104 miles east of Austin. College Station Medical Center is licensed for 150 beds and currently has the region's only Cycle III-accredited Chest Pain Center and an accredited Sleep Center. The hospital provides excellent specialty backup for everything from Cardiology to Wound Care.
Emergency Department
• Annual Volume: 26,000
• 19 Beds; 4 are trauma rooms. Level 3 trauma
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts; single provider coverage
• 24 hour Scribe Coverage
• 24 hour Midlevel coverage
• Admit rate is approximately 14%
• Averaging $230-235per hour
• Sign on bonus as well.
