This newly-renovated, 13 bed ED department has a great reputation; ED Nurses are respected for quick assessment and processing abilities by all hospital staff. A Helipad is available for transfers and Highland is the communitys exclusive provider of ER Extra, a new approach to the emergency room experience, designed to give patients extra fast, extra easy and extraordinary care.

Highlands Regional Medical Center is located in Sebring, FL and is a 126-bed inpatient, full service facility offering a full range of Emergency, Surgical, Inpatient and Outpatient services including: Ambulatory Care Services; Da Vinci Robotics; Emergency Services; Orthopedic Rehabilitation; Neurological/Stroke Rehabilitation; Vestibular Rehabilitation; Speech Therapy; Wound Care Center; Outpatient Surgery; Outpatient Laboratory; Intensive Care Unit; Surgical Services; Women’s and Children’s Center; Cardiac and Vascular Lab; Pharmacy; and Diagnostic Imaging.
