• Start date: July 1
• # of shifts per month: 100+ between three Aria Hospitals
• Annual volume: 50,000, undergoing $37 million expansion, will increase volume by end of summer by 10,000 or more
• trauma level designation: Trauma Level II
• # of ED beds: 42
• Shift lengths: 8-9 hours
• Shift needed: Shift times: 7a-4p, 9a-6p, 11a-8p, 3p-12a, 5p-2a, 11p-7a; looking for physicians that can work at least 8 shifts/mo. For now, will not consider 5 shifts/mo or less
• Board certification requirements: ABEM, Grandfathered OK
• Residency training requirements: Grandfathered OK, AAPS with high trauma exp. Ok (not ideal, but will accept if interview and experience is stellar)
• Life support certification requirements: ATLS/ACLS
• # of hours of physician coverage per day: 53
• # of patients per hour: - can be obtained from volume and hours of coverage: 2
• Midlevels available? Yes
• # of hours of midlevel coverage per day: 20 hours of coverage (7a-5p, 5p-3a)
