Leadership Opportunity as Medical Director for our ED team at Phoenix Baptist Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. This medical center provides great ancillary services and specialty back-up for this 26-bed ED that sees an annual volume of 55,000. The nursing staff is experienced and well trained in emergency medicine. We offer a high compensation package that includes an administrative director stipend, and we provide paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage. The ideal candidate will have previous ED management and leadership experience along with excellent communication and supervisory skills. The medical director’s time will be divided between clinical and administrative duties. Candidates should have expertise in regulations and regulatory compliance as well as a strong clinical knowledge base. ABEM or AOBEM is required.
