Emergency Medicine Physician - (ER Doctor, EM Doctor) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 Hour/Day
Incredible full time opportunity for a Pediatric Emergency Physician at one of Virginia's most prestigious hospital systems. Join one of the largest and fastest growing children's departments. State of the art emergency department with complete back up from an attached children's hospital. Interim opportunity, with option to become a full time part of this incredible team! Physicians with permanent interest encouraged to apply.
Working primarily in emergency rooms, Emergency medicine physicians(locum tenens) are tasked with making high stakes life management decisions in times of immediate crisis. EM physicians regularly deal with complex trauma and exotic conditions, and are highly trained in the stabilization and treatment of a wide range of both adult and pediatric injuries and illnesses.
Required Qualifications
Must be Board Certified in Pediatrics with experience in Emergency Care. Especially interested in candidates who are Emergency Medicine trained who have completed a Fellowship in PEM. PALS required
