Permanent Emergency Medicine Directorship in northern California
Job Description:
VISTA Physician Search and Consulting has a client seeking a Director for an emergency department in northern California. Candidates must have completed residency training in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Surgery in addition to having strong Emergency Medicine skills and one to two years of director level experience. Benefits of this permanent position include:
Practice Benefits
•Approximately half of time performing clinical work per week plus time for administrative work as needed
•Average hourly pay is $130.00 plus potential performance-based bonus of $12,000 per year
•Director stipend of $36,000 per year
•12- and 24-hour shifts
