Emergency Medicine Physician - (ER Doctor, EM Doctor) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 Hour/Day
Northern Alabama, 50 Miles North of Birmingham, AL. 145 Bed Hospital, is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to start ASAP and work on-going. The ER sees approximately 46,000 patients per year and has 15% admission rate. Flexible on shift times, can do 8, 10 or 12 hours shifts.
Working primarily in emergency rooms, Emergency medicine physicians(locum tenens) are tasked with making high stakes life management decisions in times of immediate crisis. EM physicians regularly deal with complex trauma and exotic conditions, and are highly trained in the stabilization and treatment of a wide range of both adult and pediatric injuries and illnesses.
Required Qualifications
Must be EM trained and either ABEM, AOBEM or eligible
