Opportunity for an EM trained physician to join our ED team full-time at Brandywine Hospital in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. The position offers an average of 1.7 patients per hour, 12 hour shifts, and 24 hrs/day of mid-level and hospitalist support. We offer a competitive hourly rate with RVU bonuses.
Located only 35 miles from the Philadelphia airport, Coatesville is a city of 150,000 with all the amenities of a big city, but feels like an upscale country village. QVC Studio liked the area so much it placed its headquarters here, the King of Prussia Mall is nearby and dozens of other businesses are thriving in this environment. The school system is particularly strong, and incomes are higher than average. If you love horses, there is a strong equestrian community. Points of interest include Valley Forge and Longwood Gardens. Higher education highlights: West Chester University, Lincoln University, Brandywine School of Nursing, Immaculata and Cheyney Universities. Oh, and if all of this isn’t enough, Philly is just a few minutes away.
