No visa's. Must have excellent communication skills and command of the English language. They are looking for someone with 3-5+ years experience; 1500 CME and they will consider offering relocation.
Position:
Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for full-time positions in Urgent Care or ED. The urgent care position is 5 days a week for 8 hour shifts. It is a new position so the pt. load is not built up yet. They need someone with experience in Family Practice.
The ED is 12 hour shifts 7 on and 7 off. They need someone with 3-5 years experience and willingness to see Peds and Adult.
Qualified candidate should be a graduate of an accredited program and licensed in North Carolina with the Board of Nursing or Physician Assistant Board. We offer competitive compensation based on experience, an excellent benefits package, and a professional, supportive work environment.
Facility:
The Hospital has a modern, well-equipped Emergency Department, a Radiology Department housing a 40-slice CT and a 1.5T MRI, a 12-bed LDRP, and all expected ancillary services. In addition to the main hospital facility the hospital owns and operates a skilled nursing facility, a cancer treatment center, medical office buildings, and an outpatient diagnostic facility.
Surgical specialties available include OB/GYN, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, orthopedics, podiatry, general surgery, and urology.
Medical consultation is available for internal medicine, pediatrics, nephrology, oncology, cardiology, and pulmonology. Hospital-based specialties include anesthesiology, emergency medicine, hospitalist program, pathology, and radiology.
Hospital?s Emergency Department is not a trauma center and emergency GI cases are very infrequent. 35,000 ED visits annually.
