Opportunity for a physician to join our ED teams full-time or part-time at three Baptist-affiliated hospitals in Montgomery, Alabama. The hospitals are Baptist Medical Center-South, Baptist Medical Center-East, and Prattville Baptist Hospital. ED volumes at these hospitals range from 26,000 to 55,000., and all of the hospitals offer a full range of services with the latest advances in medical technology. Qualified candidates must be BC/BP in emergency medicine or BC/BE internal or family medicine with ED experience. Current ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications are required. Full-time and part-time hours are available.

Located on the Alabama River southeast of the center of the state, Montgomery is the second-largest city in Alabama and the 103rd largest in the United States. Maxwell Air Force Base gives a large military presence to the area, and Montgomery is home to many public and private colleges and universities, such as Alabama State University, and local campuses of Troy University and Auburn University.
