Specialty needed: Emergency Medicine Physician, ABEM or AOBEM
FL Locations: Tallahassee
Practice setting: Hospital, level 1 trauma
Dates or start date: ASAP ongoing, multiple shifts available each month, 12 hour shifts
Patients per day: 65k annual volume, 15-18% admission rate
Ages seen: all

DEA required: yes
Additional information: shift times: 630A-430P; 10A-10P; 4P-2A; 10P-630A. EM Certified w/in 5 yrs of residency completion. Grandfathered ABEM with all certifications. If not BC/EM, ATLS, ACLS & PALS required. If BC/EM, no certifications required. Minimum shifts per month: 6-8. 30 to 60 days for privileges.
