Hospital in the Tri-State area of Eastern Iowa is seeking a BC/BE physician trained in Emergency Medicine to join a well-established department. Will consider a Family Practice physician with Emergency Medicine experience. Facility is a level-three trauma center for Iowa, level-two trauma center
for Illinois, and a pediatric emergency department for Illinois. They are breaking ground this year on a state of the art new Emergency
Department to coordinate the emergency care our community needs. Our ED physicians see on average less than 2 patients per hour, work 12-hour shifts with mid-level coverage 11 hours a day. Convenient Care for less emergent needs is attached to the ED and open nights and weekends to support the use of physician office hours for primary care needs when possible.
