Job Description:
A full time B/C or B/E Emergency Medicine physician is needed for Shasta Regional Medical Center; a busy trauma approved 246 bed hospital.
This regional medical center serving far Northern California, has a helicopter program and treats 30,000 patients per year. This facility is fee for service with an excellent, collegial & democratic group of doctors and an extensive back-up panel of physicians including, critical care, orthopedic and neurosurgery.
There is an abundance of outdoor opportunities including Lake Shasta, Sacramento River and a plethora of surrounding mountains; skiing at Mount Shasta is one hour away and Sacramento is within 2 hours.
