Emergency Medicine Physician - (ER Doctor, EM Doctor) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 24 Hour/Day
Our client, who is known for their strong tradition of community and patient-focused care is looking for an Emergency Medicine physician to work on a locum tenens basis starting in July. The need is for 24 hour shifts. Specific dates include July 2, 4, 8, 10, 13, 22, 24, and 30 and August 2, 4, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 25, 27, and 29th. The client will consider a Board Certified Family Practitioner with Emergency Medicine experience or an Emergency Medicine provider.
Working primarily in emergency rooms, Emergency medicine physicians(locum tenens) are tasked with making high stakes life management decisions in times of immediate crisis. EM physicians regularly deal with complex trauma and exotic conditions, and are highly trained in the stabilization and treatment of a wide range of both adult and pediatric injuries and illnesses.
