Seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine Physician.
Physicians provide a broad spectrum of acute and emergent care for illness and injury.
Patient triage is provided and non-emergent cases are handled by the fast track urgent care.
Emergency medicine physicians see an average of 1.6 patients per hour.
Shift times are 8-12 hours in length, including 1 in 3 weekends.
The Emergency Medicine providers are part of a multi-specialty practice with 90+ practitioners including: pediatrics, ob/gyn, internal medicine, otolaryngology, orthopedics, general surgery, sports medicine, urology, neurology, rheumatology and allergy services.
Physicians work closely with specialists from the University of Minnesota who are readily available for consultation.
Diagnostic services including: lab, in-house CT scan, MRI, radiology, mammography, ultrasound, and bone densitometry are available.
An electronic medical record system is utilized.
