Emergency Medicine physicians sought for vacation and ski resort community in the Arizona White Mountains. ED is a Level 3, 30K volume, state of the art Trauma Center that is being renovated to include all private rooms with closed doors. It is staffed by a private group that has been in service for 20 years and covers one hospital. Shifts range from 8 – 12 hours accompanied by two 12-hour PA shifts with physicians seeing 1.8 – 2.5 pph. There are also 1-3 Emergency Medicine Residents each year in the department. Compensation is approximately $300K plus incentives, benefits. Physicians must be EM Residency trained.Mountain lakes and streams. The forests of the White Mountains and the Mogollon Rim. Four seasons of scenic beauty in an outdoor enthusiast's paradise. Meadows of wild flowers in the spring, cool refreshing summers, the changing colors of fall, and crisp winters of fresh fallen snow. At an elevation of about 6,400 feet, this community is the popular high country vacation hub and it shares the astounding beauty and outdoor recreation paradise of Arizona's White Mountains.It is located in Central-Eastern Arizona about 175 miles northeast of Phoenix and Scottsdale, and about 195 miles from Tucson, so it is a favorite vacation getaway place of the desert-dwellers to escape the heat of summer and to ski the slopes of the nearby Sunrise Ski Resort.
