John C. Lincoln Hospitals are a “not for profit” community hospital group which consists of two campuses, Deer Valley and North Mountain, located in Phoenix, AZ. FT and PT openings are available. First Rate compensation package offered including high hourly base plus fee for service bonuses, Employee status with Health Benefits, 401K, and Elective Deferral Plan. In addition, Physicians receive “A” Rated Malpractice Insurance with no tail obligation upon departure. North Mountain campus is home to a brand new ED with a 24 hour Level 1 Trauma Center, 37 private ED beds, an annual volume of 48K, and an average of 2.01 PPH. 10 & 12 hour physician shifts with triple coverage plus MLP support. Deer Valley campus is a 3 year old facility that hosts not only 35 ED beds, but also has an additional 12 ED beds in “Mendy’s Place”, the only 24/7 dedicated Pediatric ED in the N. Valley designed exclusively for children. Mendy’s Place sees an annual volume of 28K and the Main ED sees 50K. Deer Valley Physician shifts are 10 & 12 hours with triple coverage 24 hours a day plus MLP support. Phoenix is surrounded by beautiful mountain ranges and is a haven for bicyclists, hikers, horseback riders, golfers, and is located 200 miles from the Grand Canyon. Located in the area are the Phoenix Symphony, Theatre, Arizona Opera, and Ballet Arizona. In addition, Phoenix boasts a nationally recognized primary and secondary school system, a 10 campus community college district, and the University of Phoenix and Arizona University in Tempe.
