Seeking Full & Part Time Emergency Medicine Physicians to begin at the end of July 2012! Tucson Medical Center (TMC), a 615 bed facility and the number one healthcare provider in Southern AZ, is looking to add physicians and mid-level providers to the emergency department staff.
The ED:
• 40 treatment rooms including 10 critical care rooms
• Yearly estimated volume of 90,000
• 24/7 pediatric ED with 15 beds
• Fast-track staffed with both physicians & MLP
• 104 hours of physician coverage PLUS 40 hours of MLP coverage
• Scribes in the ED
The Hospital:
• Most visited ED in Tucson
• Features over 600 physicians from 60 different specialties
• Major services include women’s services, maternity, cardiac, orthopedic, neuroscience, imaging, and senior care
• Separate ICU for adults, children, and newborns
