EMERGENCY MEDICINE
FULL TIME STAFF POSITION
Candidate Criteria:
** Board Certified/Eligible Emergency Medicine
Environment:
• Hospital Employment
• 325 inpatient beds
• 79,000 Annual Visits
• Low Trauma Volume
• No In-House Emergencies
• No Admitting Orders
• Strong 24/7 Medical, Surgical, Cardiology & Subspecialty Support
• Family Practice Residency On Site, Internal Medicine residents rotate thru department, Academic Opportunities Available
• ALS Base Station
Compensation:
• Competitive Salary: $130/hr or $224,640/yr, 1728 hrs/yr, Incentive Plan up to 30% in yrs 2 & 3.
• Sign on Bonus: $40,000 ($20,000 @ start, $10,000 @ 6 months & $10,000 @ 12 months)
• Extra shifts are offered @ $130/hour
• Malpractice (Occurrence) Insurance
• Medical, Dental, Life, Disability Insurance Plans
• CME Stipend
• 403(b) TSA & 457 Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan retirement programs
