- Lock Haven, PA. (200 miles northwest of Philadelphia)
- 11.5 K APV
- 10 Bed ED
- BC in EM, FP, IM
- ATLS, ACLS, PALS Required
- Single physician coverage in 12 hr. shifts 7-7; no MLP's
- Medtech EMR
- 30-60 days credentialing
- 47 bed hospital
