Parkview Regional Hospital proudly boasts a designated Level IV trauma center featuring physician care around the clock. It is a seven-bed unit staffed with the finest skilled trauma team in the area, dedicated to caring for your emergency needs in a compassionate, efficient manner.
Emergency Department:
- 6-room ED + triage bed
- 9,400 patients annually
- 24 hours of physician coverage
- 24 hour shifts (7a-7a)
- 12% admit rate
- Medhost EMR
- BC EM, FP, or IM
The City of Mexia is located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 84 and State Highways 14 and 171. It is approximately 40 miles east of Waco and about 1 1/2 hours south of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.
