Creating Healthy FuturesPediatric Emergency Medicine PositionThe Department of Emergency Medicine at St. Christophers Hospital for Children and St. Christophers Hospital for Children Specialty Care is seeking a BC/ BE Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician. This position will join an expanding department, which serves as a regional trauma center providing comprehensive care during medical or trauma-related emergencies to more than 70,000 children and adolescents each year. St. Christophers Hospital for Children is a 189-bed quaternary care childrens hospital with the only dedicated pediatric burn center in the Philadelphia area. The hospital houses more than 220 staff pediatric experts/subspecialists and a competitive Pediatric Residency Program, with multiple subspecialty fellowship programs, including Pediatric Emergency Medicine. The successful candidate will possess strong clinical skills, with a strong interest in teaching. There is also an opportunity to pursue research interests, in particular as they relate to our multicultural community and clinical setting.
