Two practice Scenarios:
Multi-Specialty Practice: Our one FT dermatologist in town is part of a multi-specialty group and the group would be very interested in a partner for him. This is a one Year to partnership tract position. 1st Year Guaranteed Salary (guarantee the Dermatologist will be extremely busy from day 1, so there will be little to no ramp up!!!) Full Benefits Package includes malpractice and 401K, Relocation, Student Loan Repayment or Signing Bonus negotiable
or
Open a Solo Practice: Net Income Guarantee Arrangement – 2 Years that includes salary, Allowable practice expenses, Facility, Equipment, Staff, Malpractice, Professional Services i.e. Accounting, Legal, Billing Company, etc.• Relocation & Student Loan Repayment or Signing Bonus negotiable.
