The hospital is offering a starting salary of $385,000 plus RVU bonuses, malpractice, $10,000 in relocation and full benefit that include health, dental, vision, 31 days PTO, $3,000 CME plus 5 days, 401k with match and 6% deferred annuity program. $10,000 annual educational loan repayment for entire contract.
