Dermatologist - Physician - (Dermatology) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day
Client experiencing rapid growth and is seeking MOHS Surgeons for ongoing locum tenens coverage. Additionally, client is seeking candidates for general dermatology.
- Flexible schedule, ideally candidate would be available for at least 10 days per month
-10 procedures per day for MOHS. Surgeon will be required to perform both removal and repair
-scheduling of procedures flexible depending on candidate availability
-will accept MDs with either Fellowship in MOHS, or Society trained
-open to both Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible candidates
The field of dermatology(locum tenens) focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the skin, such as acne, rashes, and warts, as well as various types of skin cancer. A dermatologist assesses their patients' condition and medical history, performing minimally invasive diagnostic tests. In terms of treatment, dermatologists prescribe preventive medications such as topical ointments or creams and perform surgical procedures when necessary, such as in the removal of tumors or suspicious moles.
