Orlando group adding Dermatology Medical Director , Part –Time Our client is seeking a part time Medical Director for their Dermatology, Laser, Cosmetic practice in Orlando, FL. Position requires 8 hours per MONTH, compensation is $2000k+ PER MONTH. Candidate will be responsible for providing clinical oversight of treatment plans, supervision of technicians (estheticians, nurses, PAs and/or nurse practitioners) providing aesthetic medical treatments at the office. Assists the Chief Medical Officer and Director of Medical in the development, implementation and optimal adherence to clinical protocols, outcomes, data analysis and helps minimize adverse events. Provides assistance to the Clinic Manager and Regional Manager with patient management and quality assurance issues. Responsible for signing client charts upon initial review of suitability/medical evaluation/consultation. Responsible for signing injectables ordering documentation for supervised clinic.The ideal candidate will have the following desired skills and abilities: Superior interpersonal and communication skills with clinic staff and patients. Leadership with above average judgment. Experienced in the use of aesthetic medical lasers, injectable fillers and neurotoxins preferred; or possess a suitable background and willingness to learn techniques. MD or DO degree with current board certification in Dermatology Active and unrestricted Medical License in FLORIDA Five or more years of history in clinical practice Ability to work collaboratively, think strategically, and manage required paperwork and protocols.
