Our practice started over 12 years ago delivering specialty services to patients at skilled nursing facilities in Florida. We are now in over 1,500 facilities in 24 states.
We are now adding cardiology services to the services we offer. Approximately 23% of the patient population in the facilities we serve (over 100,000 pts) have a CHF diagnosis. Although some may not have CHF other patients in the facilities may be undiagnosed. In addition, other patients may have other cardiac problems.
If you are interested in participating in a practice which allows you to work 3-5 days a week and improve the cardiology services provided to this unique cohort of the geriatric population and live in one of the locations listed below, please send me your C.V. ASAP and I will follow up!
