Now looking for general invasive. Practice established in 1999; area population 60-80K; partner opportunity; 1 satellite office, main office across street from hospital; 5 physicians in practice (4 int, 1 non-inv); young and very new group; cost of buy-in low, based on fixed assets; duration before buy-in: 2; 5 partners; permanent job; they are the busiest practice in area – 6 total practices; large referral base, very busy; call coverage 1:11 (share w/ other group); volume 10-12 nucs a day; 3 treadmill rooms; 2 echo machines; open-heart program; partnership is equal split; salary: 225-250; extra interpretation fees reading nucs and echos $100-150 a study; 1st year easily 350-450 after allocating bonus; potential earnings after 3 years 500+; 6 weeks vacation 1st yr; health insurance; relocation expense 10K; disability insurance; dental insurance; patient volume 60-100 patients a day; older guys only work 4 day work weeks/ new guys 4.5 days; block scheduling; office 1 day; hospital 1 day- rotate equal amount.
