Interventional Cardiologist Sought! We are seeking to add a full time interventional cardiologist to staff. At present there is no one providing service on a full time basis and most cases are referred to neighboring communities. The new physician will be supported by a strong primary care base and share a clinic with one of the two invasive cardiologists in the community. Hospital call will be ten days per month and practice call will be 1:2. There is also an opportunity to build your practice seeing general cases and participating in general call is required. The hospital opened a state of the art cath lab four years ago. STMC also boasts a strong hospitalist program to provide inpatient support.
