- Responsibilities (ICU, Vents, OB, etc): Spinal injections under fluoroscopy WITHOUT sedation. Medication management or prescribing opioids is NOT needed. The required procedures include: nerve root blocks (transferaminal blocks), facet injections, epidurals, S/I joint injections, peripheral nerve blocks and injections (extremities) etc.
