Responsibilities (ICU, Vents, OB, etc): Management physician would be based in the Pain Office seeing and evaluating patients for either medication management or for procedures. The procedures that are done are primarily epidurals (lumber and cervical, etc.), blocks (occipital, brachial plexus, etd.) Transforaminal SERB, Peripheral nerve blocks, Medial Brand Blocks (cervical and lumbar), and radio frequency ablations. In addition, we have done trail placements of spinal cord stimulators but the volume is low for these.
