Practice
-Hospital Employed Group
-Group of 4 Anesthesiologists and 4 CRNA's
-General Anesthesiology cases - Surgical
-No OB
-No Hearts
-Occasional head
-50% of cases done by Physicians and 50% done by CRNA's
-6-10 weeks of vacation
-One Hospital
-Replace retiring physician
-Competitive compensation ($350K to $450K) based on MGMA plus production bonus, full benefits, malpractice insurance, retirement, etc.
