NOVA MEDICAL CENTERS – Medical Director Opportunity in New Facility in West Memphis, TN!

Nova offers an Occupational / minor work related injury service to their corporate clients. Their physicians include a variety of specialties in a totally out patient environment. Medical services are provided in a 100% Occupational Medicine setting (adult patient population only) and include minor work-related injury care, drug screens, pre-employment physicals, DOT physicals, etc. - with NO chronic pain management! Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Orthopaedic Surgery are examples of some of the specialties employed by Nova.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
• Active TN license REQUIRED
• Provider will see approx. 20 – 40 patients per day; a mid-level (NP/PA) will be added to assist in productivity once provider sees an average 30 patients per day.
• Physicians receive specific company training in their corporate offices in Houston Texas. Typical cases are pre-employment physicals, Drug Screens and treatment of employment related minor injuries.
• Patient base is Occupational related, not illness.
• Nova is offering a base salary in the $200k range plus bonuses on a monthly basis
• attractive benefit package
• 2 weeks of vacation per year
• A signing bonus is negotiable.
• Relocation Package (2% of first year’s salary)
• Office hours are 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday
• No call no weekends
• Offices are closed for all major holidays.
