You will over see 7 Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers (FQHC) and 176 employees in the area. The new CMO will devote the majority of their time to administrative duties with one day a week set aside for their clinical practice.
• Administrative and Clinical Responsibilities / Report Directly to CEO/Board of Directors
• Must Be Mission Focused To Serve the Less Fortunate
• Strong Leadership Abilities-Coach/Mentor and Monitor Your Staff
• Responsibilities Include: Building Healthcare Plan, Use of Personnel, Clinical/Healthcare Budget for Facility Management/Clinical Reviews Directed by HRSA, Joint Commission, and other Federal/State/Local Regulatory Agencies, Monthly Meetings with Providers
• Seasoned/Supportive Executive Team
• Oversee 7 Regional Clinics/30 Providers/170+ Employees
40K Patients That Have 150K Annual Visits

Family Practice Residents (8 Per Year) Conduct Ambulatory Rotations at our Clinic
