FM Physician Team Lead opportunity with a progressive and growing health system.
This permanent, full-time position is just outside of the greater Phoenix, AZ area with a multi-site health system.
Community health settings focused on delivering a Patient/Family-Centered Team Model to their patient population. Comprehensive services include Primary and Specialty Care, Emergency Department, Pharmacy, Inpatient Acute Unit, Podiatry, Dental, Optometry, Physical Therapy and Behavioral Health.
This Team Lead position would be responsible for budgetary, staff supervision, and managerial functions of the team ( 70% clinical/30% administrative). Flexible schedules for Providers are available- 4/10, 5/8, 9/80.

Candidates must have active, unrestricted AZ medical license, possess current DEA and be board certified in Family Medicine.
