PEDIATRIC DENTIST
St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children is seeking applicants for two full-time board certified pediatric dentists to actively participate in our post doctoral pediatric dental residency program.
St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children is a 189-bed quaternary care hospital with Level I trauma accreditation located in Philadelphia, PA. You can find leading specialists in virtually every major field of pediatrics among the over 200 full-time faculty at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. In addition to our very busy dental program we provide a full range of pediatric medical and surgical specialties as the primary pediatric affiliate for both Drexel University College of Medicine and Temple University School of Medicine.
Candidates for the position must be board certified with the ability to obtain a Pennsylvania Dental License and Sedation Permit. The successful candidates will possess strong clinical skills, with a strong interest in teaching. Responsibilities will include didactic and clinical training of residents, resident scholarly activity mentoring and sedation and operating room resident supervision. One of the positions is designated for a candidate with an interest and background to be considered for the program director of our well established post doctoral pediatric dental residency program.
