COMPANY PROFILE:
This large organization operates several clinics throughout California, under the guidance of more than 120 providers, support staff members, and managerial personnel. Together, they provide convenient and comprehensive care to meet all patient needs.

Their full scope of offerings includes urgent care, primary care, employee health services, worker’s compensation injury care, orthopedic services, and physiatry services, through which they conduct DMV physicals, respiratory care and evaluations, and pre-employment physicals, among much more. In-house, they also have physical therapy, x-ray, and podiatry providers. The patient population is diverse, covering pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.

On a personal note, they work hard to provide a team-oriented, family-like, and supportive environment. Providers enjoy their time in the office, working in a very fast-paced urgent care environment. The management is aware of the natural stressors of this type of work and keep a keen eye on employee morale and satisfaction. As a result, they have maintained very low turnover during their 10 years of operation, leading to a well-functioning office where most employees have impressively long tenures.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Serve as an urgent care provider, seeing an average of 25-30 patients per full-day shift. All patients are prepped by an experienced clinical assistant.

While the new provider will focus in the area of urgent care, the organization’s expansive offerings in other service lines ensure opportunities for advancement and personal growth, making this an ideal place for long-term commitment.

This provider will see patients of all ages and must be able to work with the pediatric population.

There are no on-call responsibilities.

The practice utilizes the AllScripts electronic health record system.

REQUIREMENTS:
- valid California PA license
- current DEA or DEA-eligibility
- must be able to treat patients of all ages
- at least 1 year of advanced practice experience REQUIRED
- must be bilingual English/Spanish or proficient in medical Spanish and not require an interpreter
