-$$$Very attractive starting salary$$$
-20 days per month, including 2 full weekends (minimal to no call)
-Health insurance, 401k, 3K/yr CME, elective deferral options, PTO, covered malpractice and more
-Sign-on bonus and/or relocation bonus negotiable
-PA under the supervision/direction of the Director of Orthopedic Surgery/Trauma and other designated attending at Medical Center Hospital of Odessa
-Performs as an integral member of the surgical team, providing surgical/critical care/trauma patient care, including pre and post-operative, from admission to discharge in the Orthopedic Surgery/Trauma practice of EmCare Acute Surgery
-PA needs to understand the needs of the organization and support the mission, values, and management of EmCare Acute Surgery Physicians
