• OSF HealthCare is seeking a General Surgery – Advanced Practice Provider in Ottawa, IL as part of OSF Saint Elizabeth Medical Center / OSF Multispecialty Group.
• Duties include: general surgery office visits in the Ottawa and Streator offices, assisting in surgery, rounding on hospitalized patients with the possibility of some call.
• Clinic hours in newly renovated surgical office suite, surgery will be performed at OSF Saint Elizabeth Medical Center.
• OSF Medical Group is a comprehensive, integrated network of health care facilities, services, physicians and employees in Illinois and Michigan. It includes a multi-specialty group of more than 600 member physicians and nearly 300 advanced practitioners in more than 90 locations throughout Illinois.
• OSF Saint Elizabeth Medical Center has 99 Medicare certified beds and recently completed building a $13 million addition.
• Ottawa, a town of 18,000 is located in north central Illinois. It’s also known as the “Town of Two Rivers” where the scenic Fox River flows into the Illinois River and sets the pace for the relaxed and secure quality of life in the community. The community has a family-oriented environment and boasts excellent public and parochial schools with a high level of parental involvement.
