The Area:
Located in the Central Valley of California with a population of nearly 300,000. The city is located in Northern California just over an hour straight west of the Bay area and about 45 min south of Sacramento, CA.
The Position:
Will be working with 4 Cardiothoracic Surgeons at a hospital in town. Position would be about 50 hours per week, working Monday - Friday with zero call, zero weekend or night hours!
They would prefer someone with Cardiothoracic and Endo-Vein Harvesting experience.
The surgeons do about 550 cases a year
300 Cardiac Cases - No Robotics
130 Vascular
120 Thoracic
Ideal Candidate would need to have good experience and comfortable with own abilities and skill set.
The Group:
Group provides qualified surgical assistants who provide services on an as-needed, outsourced basis.
The group serves more than 760 hospitals, including over 182 cardiac surgery programs at hospitals in 44 states. They currently employ 52 Physician Asistants all over the country
Compensation & Benefits:
Amazing Salary is 6 figures+
Remember this is a no call position

25 days off the first year plus CME time.
Student Loan Repayment forgiven at $5,250 per year.
