Drug and Alcohol rehab facility looking for Mid level provider NP/PA for full time or part-time work to start within the next 1 to 2 months. Prefer candidate with Addiction or Psych experience but not required. Current medical staff consists of 2 Physicians, 1 Chief of Medicine, 1 Psychiatrist, 3 PA's and 1 NP. Shift is M-F 8:00am-5:00pm, with every other weekend required which will decrease with future new hires. 3 providers on every weekend. When provider works the weekend shifts, provider will get 2 days off during week typically at providers preference. When working weekend shift, providers will take weekend call as well. Provider will also be on weeknight call once per week. Weeknight and weekend calls are typically for emergencies and admissions and can be handled over the phone, so very rare to get called-in. Shift M-F 8:00 - 5:00 (Every Other Weekend) Offering competitive pay to be discussed in phone interview. Generous benefit plan, vacation, retirement.
