Hello,
We are looking for a Psych-trained Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant for a Behavioral Health Outpatient position in Southwestern Washington. Please see below for details.
ABOUT THE LOCATION:
Southwestern Washington, less than 1 hour from Portland, OR.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Setting: Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health department of a multi-specialty, community health clinic. Candidates must also have demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting. Have working knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial treatments for common mental disorders, familiarity with brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation). Basic knowledge of psychopharmacology. Experience working with underserved, transient populations. Experience working with patients who have co-occurring mental health, substance abuse, and physical health problems. Experience working with safety net providers within the community and knowledge of community resources.
Schedule: Will work 4 days a week, 10 hours a day. Friday’s off – 3 day weekends!
Patients per day info: 1 hour evals, 30 minute follow-ups.
MINIMUM QUALIFICAITONS:
Immediate need - New Graduates with Psych training will be considered, if you have already graduated. Must have, WA license (or the ability to get one), and DEA.
COMPENSATION:
To be determined by the facility and is dependent on qualifications of candidate. Approximate range is high $80’s to mid $90’s annually.
