Client in Vermont is looking to add 2 experienced NP/PAs to their inpatient Psychiatric Unit. NP/PA should have a minimum of 2 years experience and be able to assess patient’s medical conditions. You’ll be working 8am to 6pm with a great group of providers so the right candidate should be able to effectively correspond with patients, staff and the public. The work days were not given by the client. Duties include: histories, physicals/psychological exams, labs, injections, suturing, wound care, immunizations, communicating with patients and their family for home care and health maintenance. You’ll be working under the direction of the Medical Director/ Physician to evaluate the outcome of direct patient care, treatments and procedures.
