Practice
- Community Health Center / FQHC means a patient-first approach in which increasing access for medically underserved and uninsured patients and delivering top-notch quality of care is top priority
- Join an established team of tenured providers comprised of two Psychiatrists, one Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and three LCSWs
- Ample time with patients means you will have the autonomy to practice to your level of comfort
- 30-minute follow-ups and 60 minutes for new patients—8 to 10 patients per day
- True quality of life balance—100% outpatient with no call and no weekends
- Option to work a four-day work week
- 34 paid days off in year 1 with annual increases up to 39 maximum
- Eligible for loan repayment—employer will pay a monthly stipend of $1,000 until such time you are approved for either the state or federal program
- Outstanding benefits package including a 5% retirement match—quality bonus as well relocation allowance and a $10,000 signing bonus
