Psychiatry Coverage Needed in Maine
Our client in Maine is seeking an NP or PA - Psychiatry to provide locum coverage at their local Health Center The center offers Family Practice, Internal Medicine, and Psychiatric care and is located just 30 minutes from the hospital.
* Need coverage starting in August, Monday through Friday 8a-5p, for 3 months (no call)
* Seeing Peds and Adult patients, about 10-14 patients per day.
* On-site, they have 1 MD and (2) Family Nurse Practitioners dily.
* Cases are normally depression, anxiety, bi-polar, Med management, bread and butter
* Emergencies can be shipped out to hospital
* 1-3 in-takes (admissions), per week. Each in-take or admission take 1.5 hours usually.
* Can credential in 2-3 weeks. Will move on candidates immediately.
